Delegate Foster moves to amend the bill on page 1, section 4-2A-2, line 2, after the word “services” by striking “,per calendar year, the amount equal to the per capita income in West Virginia as reported by the US Census Bureau on June 30 of the prior year, rounded down to the nearest $1000” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

““, the sum of $21,000” per calendar year”;

And;

On page 2, section 4-2A-2,  line 20 by striking “Six thousand five hundred” and inserting in lieu of “five thousand two hundred fifty”;

And;

On page 2, section 4-2A-2,  line 29 by striking “Six thousand five hundred” and inserting in lieu of “five thousand two hundred fifty”.
